Returns Policy

•All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only store credit may be issued. (All Accessories and packaged items are final sale)

•All returns will have a 20% restocking fee.

•20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.

•No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)

•Store Credit is good for 30 days.

•$25.00 charge for any returned checks.

•Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

•Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

•All Jewerly and Shapewear are final sale.

Dozen items are final sale.Dozen pack items will have minor breakage occasionally in transit (one or two items). Please do not make claims on this type of damages. The amount of time and paperwork we spent processing these type of damages has a direct impact on our ability to keep costs low for you.

A return authorization number will be given. you will NOT be able to return your items without an authorization number.
